Returns and Refunds


While we’re confident that you will be very happy with your purchase from us, if some reason you aren’t, then please contact us immediately on 0800 937 766. If you wish to return the product for a refund/replacement we will need to have it back within 7 working days of the original delivery. We will arrange a refund or replacement item to be sent out. Please note refunds do not include postage costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the returned item is a result of our error.

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, we will offer the option of either a replacement or refund – but we must be notified of damages within 3 days of delivery. Once we have been notified, please return the item for the refund to be processed. Please send returns to:
